Lever has deep roots in civic change, founded by alumni from the Harris-Walz Presidential campaign and powered by Leverage, a long-time mobilization partner to progressive campaigns, nonprofits, and advocacy organizations.

We have spent years helping organizations reach supporters at scale, especially in moments where participation really mattered. Over time, we saw the limits of top-down outreach and the power of smaller groups of people who are informed, engaged, and ready to act.

Lever exists to focus on that kind of participation. It is built for people who choose to show up, stay involved, and keep going. 

That is why Lever stays intentionally focused on depth over size, and trust over reach.
